there are 2 things i know for sure, but i seem to have forgotten them both.

I think I feel I know. I don’t know. I do know. I think.

We are beautiful, all of us. We forget.

As if I’ve just paused in the grassy trail to attend to some things…

Here, let me catch you up.

Music and trees, basically. Always.

It could be so easy to slip back…

Something is lost and something is gained.

Beautiful, delightful things are slowly gathering, unseen, on every surface in my home. The profound wisdom and joy in a toddler’s observations.

A whisper
A cry
A scream
A sigh
A hurt so deep
I cannot sleep

When the NOW is exactly enough. And when it isn’t. Letting emotion flow strongly through me as I attempt to BE in the present moment.

This could be all.

I ask because I am curious. I want to know what you think. Not because I want you to tell me what I should think.

And what does it mean when you don't want to do the things you do want to do?

So many kisses.

These days feel simple but they are so rich.

Where does our power lie? Have we caused it?

Everyone told me I'd love you. Then some of them told me they lied.
